Bali Quad Discovery Tours
After days of exploring Bali and seeing all the popular attractions, we really wanted to see the true Bali and what the jungle had to offer. Doing this can be quite difficult if you don’t know where to go, as it is easy to get lost in the jungle of Indonesia. Bali Quad Discovery Tours offered exactly what we were looking for. They offer 3 types of packages: Canyon Tubing, Bali Quad and Buggy Adventure, or both. We decided to try both options because both sounded equally as fun. After a complimentary tea or coffee drink with cake, we watched some safety videos and began our adventure!
First we began with the canyon tubing. This consisted of riding on an inflatable tube down the canyon river in Payagan. The tubing lasted about 1 1/2 hours and included a zip line at the end. The journey had both relaxing and exciting moments, where you could enjoy the trees and the beautiful canyon while relaxing in the river as well as have a bit of fun by getting soaked riding the small waterfalls found along the river. This trip included everything you could want in a tubing adventure, with a bonus zip line at the end!
After a delicious all-you-can-eat lunch, we then began the quad and buggy package. It had been raining all day, so the original dirt path had turned into mud, which made it just that much more fun. This package includes a thrilling 25 kilometer 1 1/2 hour ride through the jungle. Taking sharp turns, getting muddy each each large puddle, and driving through small villages was more fun than I could have imagined. Although we were soaked by the end of the day, mostly by the pouring rain, it was the most fun I had had in Bali.

Not only was it worth the time for the tour itself, but you also get to meet other travelers in Bali and the friendly staff who have just as much fun as you do.
