Rawi Warin Resort: amazing experience in Koh Lanta
This year we decide to make Koh Lanta our home for a month to create our routine a get some work done. We found like we needed this, but as you may know, we get bored quickly, so nothing better than escape a few days to the island best resort. After an intense week of work, it was time for a well-deserved beach holiday, so we decided to spend three days at the Rawi Warin Resort and Spa in Koh Lanta.
Check-In
We arrived at the Rawi Warin Resort and Spa around 5 pm and were welcomed by lovely reception staff that promptly completed all the check-in formalities while we’re enjoying a welcome drink and a very refreshing towel. One all the checking procedures were done, one of the members gave us a tour around the facilities in one of their buggy cars.
Our Room
We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a queen bed and a private balcony perfect to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. It was located up in the hill, which guaranteed terrific views over the sea. You can either exercise your way up to the room or call one of the buggy cars if you don’t feel like hiking. The room was big and very well equipped, and the bathroom was lovely and including all the amenities we needed.
Swimming-pool
Rawi Warin Resort and Spa has available not one, not two, not three but four swimming pools. Our favourite was the infinity ozone pool, which includes the infinity pool with loungers and also a kids pool with a slide. Next to it, there was also a bar where you can get a refreshing juice, a snack or even have your lunch.
Breakfast
Breakfast was served daily from 6.30 am – 10.30 am at the Golden Pond Restaurant. As you may know, this is our favourite meal and, Rawi Warin Resort and Spa didn’t disappoint us. Asian and Western dishes were available in a rich buffet with many delicious choices: from fresh tropical fruits and juices to the fantastic selection of yummy desserts. There you could also find an “egg and pancake station” where you could ask for the eggs of your preference and watching it preparing it right in front of you.
Verdict
Rawi Warin Resort and Spa is the perfect resort to enjoy your family holidays. Walking around the resort is fantastic and there are plenty of activities available both for adults and kids.
