It was a nice chance to check out the Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport since my final flight out of Bangkok was at 6 o’clock in the morning and would be terrible to do the long trip from the city center to the airport at such early hour.

This airport hotel features a number of eateries and bars serving notable foreign cuisines, the worldwide spa brand VOUS, an outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, a business center, and a wide selection of conference rooms. I had dinner at their sports bar and the food was delicious and I was able to enjoy some sports while dringing the signature cocktail of the month and eating a mix of western and thai dished before leaving the country.

The only hotel located directly near the airport terminal is Novotel. A quick trip on the 24-hour free shuttle van service from gate 4, arrival level at the terminal, or a pleasant 5-minute walk down the air-conditioned subterranean corridor. By taking the Airport Rail Link, it takes only 23 minutes to get to the city center.
In order to accommodate groups, the hotel has family-sized rooms as well as the double, queen, and king-size options. Visitors may eat at one of the many on-site eateries or take a swim in the pool to escape the humid, tropical heat of the city. Use the hotel’s shuttle to go to the airport and neighbouring attractions, or take the train from a nearby station. This contemporary and spotless hotel is ideal for anyone wishing to spend one or more nights in Bangkok airport area. Personally I loved the fact that you can just check out and walk directly to the terminal and be at your gate in less than 20 minutes.
The pool is a really excellent size, and there is the opportunity to eat outside and a swim-up bar. Additionally, the restrooms include top-notch amenities including a sauna, steam room, and spa. Both the changing area and the pool are spotless. The outdoor pool and garden area are designed in a traditional thai way and are organized in a way that you don’t feel like you’re at the airport but at a local thai park making it a truly incredible relaxing experience.
The gym is a nice size, and the apparatus is of extremely high caliber. In their free time, visitors can treat themselves to a spa treatment or unwind by the outdoor pool. The hotel’s elegant atrium offers a variety of dining alternatives. The typical breakfast buffet was served. I ordered supper through room service, and it was wonderfully prepared, served swiftly, and tasted great.

Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport was a great experience for me.
There was a wide variety of food alternatives, and the lounging space by the pool was a really pleasant surprise. Despite being close to the airport, there was no bothersome airplane noise at the hotel.
Being able to check out and go immediately to my terminal made the hotel the ideal choice for my final nights in Bangkok. It’s a terrific choice when you have an early flight.
The staff is kind and always ready to help. Being able to use the Spa and enjoy a relaxed dinner in one of the several restaurants in the property made my stay truly memorable and I couldn’t be happier.
